CAF sources second-fix products through a wide UK network  from retailers and manufacturers to trade liquidators and independent wholesalers. We care about quality and price, not fancy showrooms or middlemen.

1. Send us your list

• Use the “Need a Quote” button, WhatsApp, or Contact form
• Include item, quantity, postcode, and when you need it
• OR tell us what stage your project is at — we’ll work with you from there
E.g.: “5 anthracite towel rails, MK2 7LU, need by Thursday”

2. We respond fast

• You’ll get a quote back within ~15 mins during working hours
• If your item is sold out, we’ll offer an equal or better-quality swap

3. Confirm + Pay

• Once confirmed, we’ll send an invoice (card or bank transfer)
• Your stock is held for 2 hours to avoid sell-out

4. Photo proof + delivery

• We send photos of your exact stock before dispatch
• Options: Next-morning / Same-day / Click & Collect (if local)

5. Repeat customers = priority

• We tag your account, track preferences, and reward loyalty
• Perks include auto-reserve, early access to Trade Drops, and priority on rare items

RETURNS POLICY

We believe in fair, realistic, and friction-free returns — especially when buying at discounted prices.

  • Unopened consumables (e.g. grout, silicone): return within 14 days (buyer pays return carriage unless faulty)

  • Electricals / Appliances / Taps / Fans: report within 7 days for like-for-like replacement or refund if DOA

  • Graded or Ex-Display Items: sold as seen; cosmetic marks are shown upfront in photos. Function is guaranteed.

  • Installed products can’t be returned unless proven faulty
     

We photograph all items before dispatch and after packaging to avoid disputes. Returns are handled quickly, with proof-based resolutions.

You’re protected under UK law. Faulty goods = repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue. For change-of-mind returns, please message us and we’ll advise on eligibility — depends on the item and packaging status.
